If you feel like a trip around the island on a bike you can rent one from Alena at £5 per day, (or take one from the Orkney Mainland with you) and then just follow the roads.

You will manage most of it in one day.

I like the trip along the Westside road to the Old Manse and back along the Bay of Tuquoy to the main road.
